Explanation of Levels

For those who are new to Iyengar Yoga or have not done much Yoga before. Join this class to learn basic yoga postures (asanas) and how to use props to support alignment of your body.

This class is suitable for more experienced students looking to grow their practice. The number of postures (asanas) and inversions will increase. Not suitable for beginners.

60+, or those who need to go at a slower pace.
